General Liability

Trigger Point Gunsmithing strives to provide high-quality gunsmithing services. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we aim for excellence, Trigger Point Gunsmithing does not guarantee specific results from our repair or modification services. All work is performed to the best of our ability and knowledge, but results may vary.

  2. Assumption of Risk: Clients assume all risks associated with the use, repair, and modification of firearms. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of malfunction, accidental discharge, or any other unforeseen issues.

  3. Limitation of Liability: Trigger Point Gunsmithing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, repair, or modification of any firearm. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

Environmental Damage, Theft, and Fire

  1. Storage Risks: While firearms and related items are in our custody, Trigger Point Gunsmithing is not liable for any environmental damage, including but not limited to rust, corrosion, or other degradation due to weather, humidity, or other environmental factors.

  2. Theft: Trigger Point Gunsmithing employs reasonable security measures to protect firearms in our possession. However, we are not responsible for any loss due to theft or burglary. Clients are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage for their firearms.

  3. Fire and Natural Disasters: Trigger Point Gunsmithing is not liable for damage or loss caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or any other natural disaster while firearms are in our possession.

Customer Responsibility

  1. Compliance with Laws: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all work requested and performed complies with local, state, and federal laws. Trigger Point Gunsmithing assumes no responsibility for illegal modifications or uses of firearms.

  2. Inspection and Maintenance: Clients are responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of their firearms. Trigger Point Gunsmithing recommends thorough testing and inspection of firearms after any repair or modification.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trigger Point Gunsmithing and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the use, repair, or modification of firearms.

By utilizing the services of Trigger Point Gunsmithing, clients acknowledge and accept this disclaimer in full. This disclaimer is subject to change without notice, and it is the client’s responsibility to review it periodically.

  4. No Warranty: Trigger Point Gunsmithing does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of repaired or modified firearms.

  5. Professional Consultation: For specific legal or technical advice regarding firearms, customers are advised to consult with qualified professionals in their jurisdiction.
